In the second quarter of 2025, the art and design category on the Android platform saw varied performances in Portugal. Here's a closer look at the top five applications.

Canva: AI Photo & Video Editor demonstrated a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $9.5K by the end of April. Downloads initially surged to around 7.4K but gradually declined to 3.4K by the end of June. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated significantly, starting at 133.7K and dropping to 96.2K by quarter's end.

Cartoon Photo Editor－Toon Art experienced a decline in downloads from 9.6K in early April to just 251 by the end of June. Despite minimal revenue, the app maintained a stable active user base, hovering around 11K throughout the quarter.

Genius: AI Photo Generator saw a sharp drop in downloads from 17K to around 200 over the quarter. Revenue remained low, while active users decreased from 20.9K to 9.2K, showing a gradual decline over the months.
